Calendar: Applications and awards follow the schedule below:

August 31, 2009	Online applications open.
October 30, 2009	Applications due.
November 6, 2009	Letters of support from department chairs due. Proposals cannot go on to be reviewed without the chair's approval. The chairs have a week after the proposal deadline to submit their letters support.
December 11, 2009	Ranking of college proposals due from Deans to ORCA.
December 30, 2009	Awards announced (approximate date).
March 1, 2012	Final reports due to ORCA. If the project is not complete by this date, a progress report is due on this day each year until completion. Final reports for multi-year projects are due by March 1 following completion.
